ABOUT THIS COURSE

Perfect for Makeup Artists and Hairstylists looking to expand their skills, this course complements our Asian Bridal Makeup Course. You will learn everything you need to know to offer a complete Asian Bridal Hairstyling service. We’ll show you how to create engagement and wedding styles and how to add accessories and more.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

This course will teach you how to prep the hair and create a variety of hairstyles. You’ll be shown how to pad the hair in different ways to achieve big up-dos and how to apply accessories. We’ll show you how to apply the tikka and set the dupatta in place as well as showing you how to place a selection of hair ornaments.

You’ll be taught by professional industry hairstylists who will explain the Asian Bridal market and advise you on marketing and social media.

Professional Kit Included: Students will receive a Professional Asian Bridal Hairstyling Kit to use and keep after the course. The kit includes all the essentials you will need both on and after the course.

Models: We will provide you with models to work on throughout your course. We try to keep the range of models as diverse as possible to offer a wide variety of skin types and tones to work with to give you the confidence and skill to work with Global Skin Tones & Types.

Maximised Learning & Practical Hours: We provide models as we believe that you should learn and practice on all types of skin to further increase your learning and practical hours on your course instead of being a model for someone else in the class taking up valuable time from your course.

COURSE PROGRESSION

After this course students can explore various areas of makeup such as our Beginners Professional Makeup Artist Course and Asian Bridal Makeup Artist Course. Makeup Artists can extend their skills with our  Retail Makeup Artist Course, learning the specifics needed to be a successful candidate to work in the retail beauty market, or perhaps one of our advanced courses:  Advanced Beauty Professional Makeup Artist Course, or maybe our Global Skintones course.

PRE-ENROLMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

Completing this pre-enrolment questionnaire helps us to advise you which course or courses are best suited to you, and which ones will get you on the path to being a makeup artist in the area of the industry that you are most interested in.

Once we have received and reviewed the details you have provided you will be connected with a Student Development Advisor who will discuss the different options available with you and start creating a Personalised Education & Progression Plan that will be tailored to you and your needs.

The Student Development Advisor will also provide you with more information about what next steps are required to complete your enrolment and secure your place on an upcoming course. Eg. Payments, Finance Applications, etc. This is followed by choosing dates from the course schedules.

CANCELLATION

Our cancellation policy applies to all courses. Once paid your course will be confirmed and no refunds can be issued. A change of dates may be requested by you with 4 weeks (Professional Courses) or more notice.

For courses where only a deposit (20% of the course fee) has been paid and you cancel (not change dates), the deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.

Placement on a course or courses is subject to availability and we have the right to cancel or make changes to course dates without notice.

Most courses (refer to individual course pages) require a minimum of 2 students to be enrolled or the course may be rescheduled. Alternatively, students have the option to upgrade their course to a 1 to 1 Personalised Course (where available), with direct 1 to 1 attention with the tutor to proceed with the scheduled course dates.
